Iron Infusion Therapy
Iron infusions are used to treat iron deficiency anemia in patients who have a confirmed diagnosis and a valid prescription from their healthcare provider. This booking is for an intake form review only — no treatment will be provided during this appointment. Once you select a time, we’ll email you an intake form to complete. Our clinical team will review your form to ensure your Monoferric or Venofer prescription can be safely administered at our clinic. If everything looks good, we’ll contact you to book your iron infusion appointment. Please note: a valid prescription is required before treatment can be scheduled.
